Shipping Policy

Premium Shipping

Artwork is packed with the upmost care. I wrap each original in paper, use protective foam core or cardboard on either side of the wrapped painting to protect it, and wrap the entire piece with bubble wrap before boxing. Any artwork over $100 is shipped including insurance. For more information on shipping please contact me at ella@glasshouse.gallery.

Shipping/Delivery Times

Orders will be prepared in 2-3 business days and shipped using the shipping you select at checkout. If you are in Austin, Texas, orders can be delivered locally in 1-2 business days.

Refund Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for digital downloads.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
